Zacher Apartments: your accommodation in the Dolomites – Three Peaks

• As our guests, you’ll enjoy full access to the Südtirol Guest Pass for the duration of your stay. With this card, you can use all public transport within the South Tyrol transport network free of charge. This includes free use of ski buses, the 400 rail line to Versciaco, and bus line 445 to Cortina d’Ampezzo.

• Charging facility for e-bikes

Additionally only at Zacher Apartments:

• Large garden with sun loungers, benches and tables, sandpit
• Covered area for mountain bikes (not lockable)

Additionally only at Huterhof:

Prices are per apartment and night, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.

The local tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged at €2.50 per night per person aged 14 and over, payable locally.

Payment: we accept cash and instant bank transfer (real-time payment).

Easy-going holiday bliss – preferably by the week
We’re delighted to welcome you for a full week – ideally from Saturday to Saturday. If those dates don’t work for you, feel free to send us an enquiry anyway. Especially outside the high season, we can often offer flexible dates and fill-in opportunities.

Confirmation of the booking
A booking only becomes binding once the required deposit (around one third of the total cost) has been received. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation of booking
If a booking is cancelled, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
For cancellations made at least 30 days before the booked arrival date, we will try to re-let the apartment under the same conditions – if successful, 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full agreed amount will be charged.
